I just did something similar, set up text expander to change seque to segue because my fingers can't spell it correctly.

I think everyone does this. I have every permutation of the letters acelr aliased.

My .bashrc contains a lot of "corrective" aliases. It's called working smarter, not harder.

zsh autocorrection (plus zsh-syntax-highlighting) is very useful if you are disxelic

I haven't resorted to aliasing, but I'm sorely tempted with 'grpe'.

I have a 'vmi' script that plays an ASCII animation of a spinning globe 8 times and then run vim for me. I've gone from getting it wrong a dozen times a day to once every two weeks. I stole the idea from whoever made the 'gti' git wrapper.
